Endurance Team


For the swimmer who has completed the lessons program, or summer swim league, we have a great way to introduce year-round swimming.  This work-out team focuses stroke production and endurance building so that the swimmer can make the move onto the competition team.  The high level coaching produces stronger, confident swimmers who are ready to compete at the next level.  
This team does not participate in USA Swimming meets, but focuses on the training required to do so.  Practice is three days weekly and fees are billed monthly.   
Practice Schedule:
Tuesday 7:30 - 8 pm
Friday 6 - 7 pm
Saturday 1:30 - 2:30 pm
